Yes. The initial cleaning will typically take longer than subsequent cleanings so that we can thoroughly clean your area and become familiar with any special requirements your property may have.

No, but it is certainly your preference. Because our customers are typically not home, we find that the vast majority of them either buy a lockbox or give us their key and alarm code. All house keys are uniquely tagged and safely stored in our office for your protection.

We clean Monday through Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred day and time for cleaning.

We adore them and will treat them as if they were our own. Your particular instructions are noted on our work order so that the cleaning technician is aware of your pet-related preferences.

It’s not expected, but it’s much appreciated for a job well done. We’ve discovered that clients frequently tip at the conclusion of each cleaning or leave a higher tip at the end of the year. Please ensure that any money left as a tip is labeled as such. Some clients also leave a tip for JSM at the end of the year, and we request that any money left as a tip for JSM be designated as such. You can also add tips to your credit card payment. Please keep in mind that any tips go straight to the cleaning technicians executing the work unless otherwise specified to JSM.

JSM provides a worry-free house cleaning service. Because most independent maid services are not insured, homeowners are held accountable. We are completely insured, licensed, and bonded for your and our protection. Furthermore, JSM covers staff payroll taxes and income taxes, so you are not obligated to pay them.

If you give us 24 hours’ notice of a change in plans, we will promptly reschedule or cancel your cleaning. Please keep in mind that we are not open on weekends. If you need to change a cleaning scheduled for Monday, please notify us by Friday.

No. You can cancel the service anytime you wish.

If something is broken or damaged, our employees are trained to picture it and report it without reprimand. They are cautious and considerate of each location they visit, but mishaps do occur from time to time. We will contact you once the incident has been reported to the office to discuss a fair and timely settlement. We do ask that any irreplaceable goods be stored and that any concerns be noted at the time of booking.

We do! JSM arrives at your home completely prepared to clean with high-quality cleaning chemicals and commercial vacuums. However, because JSM is adaptable, we may clean with your favorite products if requested and provided.

We only select the best! Our cleaning specialists are knowledgeable, well-trained, cautious, dependable, and trustworthy. We keep a careful eye on our employees, and if they don’t enjoy their work and care profoundly about their performance, they leave. We are proud of the culture we have established, and our employees are glad to be a part of it. This distinguishes us from the competition, and our clients benefit from our relatively low turnover.

We support it! Special instructions will improve your cleaning experience. However, it is critical that you transmit any particular instructions to the office directly so that we can record them in the permanent notes area of your file. This makes your notes visible to any future cleaning technicians who may come to your home, as well as a reminder to your usual cleaning technician.

We make every attempt to send the same cleaning technicians each time. It’s the most efficient, but we can’t promise it. We manage both our staff’s and our clients’ ever-changing needs. If you are assigned a different cleaning professional, our staff has access to specific information about your preferences and requests to guarantee that our services are consistent.

Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, checks, and digital payments are all accepted. We also take credit cards and strongly advise clients to keep one on file. If you choose to pay online or by credit card, you should do so after your cleaning is finished.

If a standard cleaning falls on one of these holidays, we will call you ahead of time to reschedule. We work on a number of federal holidays. If your cleaning date occurs on a holiday other than those listed above, you can expect us to arrive as scheduled unless you cancel service.
